A person who is not satisfied with the court fee set by the court in accordance with this paragraph may file a complaint before the judge of the same court within three days if the court fee has not been filed, and if the court fee has been filed, before the judgment of the case.
(2) If the complaint received under sub-section (1) is examined, if it is found that the court fee has been charged in excess, the concerned judge shall order the refund of the increased court fee and departmental action to be taken against the employee who knowingly charged the court fee. Or the price or the price shown by the evidence shall be deemed to be the work of not charging the court fee in accordance with this paragraph.
(3) If the complaint is found to be false during the investigation according to sub-section (2), then the person making the complaint shall be fined at the rate of fifteen percent of the court fee claimed to have been increased or fixed.
